Hailing from central Virginia, Violinist Rose Baker’s recent performance engagements include the Bach Festival and Symposium, the Five College New Music Festival, and at the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival.
She is currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Ms. Baker is actively inspiring the next generation of violinists, including at the Opus 118 Harlem School of Music in New York City.
Ms. Baker holds a Bachelor of Music from the Manhattan School of Music. Her principal teachers include Elizabeth Chang, Burton Kaplan, and Joseph J. Nigro.
